I worked with Steven Keith and Marc Rosenburg on a huge Web strategy project for a prominent NC-based health care company. I conducted stakeholder interviews, participated in internal meetings, and supplied a large team with recommendations regarding:
- The structure of a new internal Web management department
- That department’s internal process
- How to integrate that department into the larger organization
